Hayley Spears

Hayley Spears graduated from the University of South Florida in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. She spent several years working in operations at chemical plants in the Houston, Texas area. Hayley is now a Safety and Mission Assurance Engineer for the International Space Station, working at the Johnson Space Center. Hayley is a competition alumna, and appreciates the opportunity to give back and encourage the next generation to pursue their passions. When not planning competition events, Hayley likes to cook, garden, and spend time in nature with her two dogs.
